Refunds and Returns
No refunds or returns are accepted for goods purchased through this website unless it can be demonstrated that the product arrived damaged or in a condition not fit for purpose. In this case, the customer must email Owners’ Colours within 14 days of receiving the product to describe the nature of the damage and to provide evidence (photographic or otherwise).
Our liability for defective or damaged goods is limited to, at our discretion, a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the faulty goods. All transport charges for return of goods must be prepaid. All goods must be returned in the original packaging, be unused and in the same condition as upon delivery.
